The export of Devices (details) ended normally, but information other than the host ID cannot be output for one or more devices. Command name = ioutils, Subcommand name = exportdevicedetail

[Cause] The possible reasons are:

(1) A temporary error occurred during data processing.

(2) The detailed information of a device contains invalid information.

[Action] Ends the command normally.

[Workaround] Perform the workaround in the following orde, and retry execution.

(a) Refer to the content of the exported file and check which of the host IDs correspond to devices whose rows (for columns other than that of the host ID) are all empty.

(b) If, in the specified template, Host ID is not specified as a column to be exported, from the [Device List] in the device window, display the Select Export Columns dialog box. In the dialog box, select Host ID and export the file again, and then check which of the host IDs correspond to devices whose rows (for columns other than that of the host ID) are all empty.

(c) From the device window, in the [Device List], execute the action Update Device Details for the devices to which the host IDs correspond. If the problem still persists, collect troubleshooting information for the management server and for the agents to which the host IDs correspond, and then contact Customer Support.
