An error occurred while reorganizing the database. Reorganization has been canceled.

[Cause] Reorganization failed due to the following possible reasons:

(1) Insufficient privileges to access the temporary folder.

(2) An attempt was made to access the database from Remote Install Manager or IT Desktop Management 2 - Asset Console.

(3) An I/O error occurred.

[Action] Cancel reorganization.

[Workaround] Perform the following checks, and then perform the reorganization again.

(1) Confirm the access rights of the temporary folder.

(2) Stop Remote Install Manager, and then make sure that the commands for the distribution function that uses Remote Install Manager are not being executed. Also, make sure that management information on IT Desktop Management 2 - Asset Console is not being acquired. If there is a dbconreorg.inf file in the mgr\temp folder under the installation folder, use the IP addresses shown in the "C-ADDR" item of the dbconreorg.inf file to identify the computers that are accessing the database.

(3) Make sure that no disk failures occurred.
