If you are using Remote Install Manager or IT Desktop Management 2 - Asset Console, perform the checks below. If you continuously use Remote Install Manager or IT Desktop Management 2 - Asset Console without performing the checks, the processing might not successfully complete.

- Stop Remote Install Manager, and then make sure that the commands for the distribution function that uses Remote Install Manager are not being executed.

- Make sure that management information on IT Desktop Management 2 - Asset Console is not being acquired.

Take the cluster resources that are associated with the service below offline. After taking the cluster resources offline, click [OK] to continue the operation.

When the processing is complete, bring the cluster resources online.
