Failed to execute the command. Command name=command-name, Error code=error-code (maintenance-code).

[Cause] Failed to execute the command. The following are possible causes:

(1) You do not have permission to access the backup folder or the data folder.

(2) An attempt was made to access the database from Remote Install Manager or IT Desktop Management 2 - Asset Console.

(3) An I/O error occurred.

[Action] Cancels the backup.

[Workaround] Perform the following checks, and then execute the command again.

(1) Check whether you have permission to access the backup folder and the data folder.

(2) Stop Remote Install Manager, and then make sure that the commands for the distribution function that uses Remote Install Manager are not being executed. Also, make sure that management information on IT Desktop Management 2 - Asset Console is not being acquired. If there is a dbconbackup.inf file in the mgr\temp folder under the installation folder, use the IP addresses shown in the "C-ADDR" item of the dbconbackup.inf file to identify the computers that are accessing the database.

(3) Make sure that no disk failures occurred. If the problem still persists, use the troubleshooting information acquisition command to acquire troubleshooting information, and then contact Customer Support.
