Reason: The product license has expired, or an error occurred in the database.

System processing: Stops execution of the network control command.

Corrective measure: If the product license has expired, purchase another product license and authenticate the license. If the product license has not expired, execute the command to obtain troubleshooting information, and then contact the customer support center.
