If you are using Remote Installation Manager or IT Desktop Management 2 - Asset Console, perform the checks below. If you continuously use Remote Installation Manager or IT Desktop Management 2 - Asset Console without performing the checks, the setup might not have successfully completed.

- Stop Remote Installation Manager, and then make sure that the commands for the distribution function that uses Remote Installation Manager are not being executed.

- Make sure that management information on IT Desktop Management 2 - Asset Console is not being acquired.
