Failed to delete the database or the ODBC data source.

[Cause] The possible causes are as follows:

(1) You do not have permission to access the database folder, the operation log database folder, or the local data folder.

(2) An attempt was made to access the database from Remote Install Manager or IT Desktop Management 2 - Asset Console.

(3) An I/O error occurred.

[Action] Cancels setup.

[Workaround] Perform the following checks, and then retry the setup:

(1) Verify that you have permission to access the database folder, the operation log database folder, and the local data folder.

(2) Stop Remote Install Manager, and then make sure that the commands for the distribution function that uses Remote Install Manager are not being executed. Also, make sure that management information on IT Desktop Management 2 - Asset Console is not being acquired. If there is a cnctusrinf file in the mgr\db\SPOOL folder under the installation folder, use the IP addresses shown in the "C-IP" item of the cnctusrinf file to identify the computers that are accessing the database.

(3) Make sure that no disk failures occurred.

If the problem persists, collect troubleshooting information by using the appropriate command, and then contact customer support.
