17.8.5 Cannot log in

The following are the possible causes:

• Allow per-session cookies is set to Disable.

  Set Allow per-session cookies to Enable.

• Submit nonencrypted form data is set to Disable.

  Set Submit nonencrypted form data to Enable.

• Allow META REFRESH is set to Disable.

  Set Meta Refresh setting to Enable.

• The asset management server cannot connect to the asset management database.

  Check whether the asset management server is connected to the asset management database.
