1.3.5 Creating operation windows for routine jobs

You can improve operational efficiency by creating operation windows suitable for routine jobs that search for a specific type of information. For example, by creating an operation window, you can search by group for information that normally can be searched for only by device, or search for only the IP addresses that are currently in use.

You can use the provided GUI to easily create windows appropriate for routine jobs. Note that you can create a window that searches the asset information managed by the asset management database and displays the results as a list, but you cannot create a window that totals or registers asset information.

The following figure shows the concept of managing assets by using a window created for a routine job.
