Check if JP1/Base is running on the same host as for PFM - Agent for Enterprise Applications. Also check and, if necessary, revise the settings by referencing the chapter that describes operation monitoring linked with the integrated management product (JP1/IM) in the JP1/Performance Management User's Guide. If the problem remains unresolved, collect maintenance data and contact the system administrator.
