The average dialog step processing time is not updated in the SAP system during any period in which no dialog step exists. In this case, the average processing time of the last dialog step updated in the SAP system (the average processing time of the last period in which a dialog step existed) is reported. For details about this processing, see Notes about records of the PI record type in Notes about records in Chapter 10. Records.
