The Server Status (PD_STAT) record stores performance data indicating the status of the Oracle database at a specific point in time.

If you start the JP1/PFM - Agent for Oracle service with startup_always set to Y, the Server Status (PD_STAT) record might not be collected until the Oracle Database is up and running.
