12.2 Troubleshooting

If a problem occurs when you are using Performance Management, first check the symptoms of the problem. If a message is output, check the contents of the message. For log information output by Performance Management, see 12.3 Log information to be collected for troubleshooting.

You might be unable to resolve an error by taking the steps described in the chapter that describes troubleshooting in the JP1/Performance Management User's Guide, or an error other than those described in this manual might occur. In such cases, collect the data needed to investigate the cause of the error, and then contact the system administrator.
