Agent name: service-ID-of-the-agent-that-the-user-tried-to-reference-by-using-JP1/IM2
The user cannot reference information regarding the selected agent due to one of the following reasons:

The service information of the agent has been deleted and the deletion has been applied with the jpcconf service sync command.

Because of configuration changes in a business group, the user's reference privilege for agents was deleted.

Review and, if necessary, correct the settings so that the user can reference the selected agent.
