Check the following:

Make sure that the specified agent exists. If it has been deleted from the system, delete it from User Agents.

Inquire of system administrator whether user has permission to view the specified agent. If it has been deleted due to a change in the configuration of the business group, give the permission for the user to view the specified agent, or delete the agent from User Agents.
