Possible causes are as follows:

(S)

Suspends processing.

(O)

Check the following:

  • Make sure that the specified agent exists. If it has been deleted from the system, delete it from User Agents.

  • Inquire of system administrator whether user has permission to view the specified agent. If it has been deleted due to a change in the configuration of the business group, give the permission for the user to view the specified agent, or delete the agent from User Agents.
