In the case of display the historical report, revise the report display interval in the report definition, and then display the report again. To display the report without changing the report display interval, extend the timeout value for displaying reports.

In the case of display the real-time report, wait a while and then displaying the report again, or consider using the historical report.

If the problem persists, PFM - Manager or the service of the agent might be in the Busy status. Check the service status by using the command to displays the service configuration and status of the Performance Management program.
