One or more agents are not running.
One or more agents could not be connected to.
A setting value in the application definition is incorrect.

Updates application definitions only for the available agents.

If agents are not running, start them.
Make sure that the setting values in the application definition are correct, and set the application definition again in the Process Monitoring Settings window.
