Possible causes are as follows:

An alarm or agent has been deleted.

The response from PFM-Manager is taking too long, or PFM-Manager stopped.

Unbinds only those agents that can be unbound and then terminates processing.

Check the following:

Make sure that the alarm and selected agent exists.

Wait a while, and then try to unbind the alarm again. If the problem persists, check the PFM-Manager service status.
