Agent name: agent-name (Multiple names can be listed, delimited by commas.)
Possible causes are as follows:
There are agents that are not running.
There are agents that could not be connected to.
The same application definition name has already been made by another browser.

If the agents are not running, start the agents.
Set the application definition again in the Process Monitoring Settings window.
