KAVE06213-E
Failed to obtain agent information.(rc=maintenance-code)
An attempt to get the PFM - Agent registration status from PFM - Manager failed. This problem can have one of the following causes:
-
The user does not have access permission for the following files:
In Windows: installation-folder\mgr\manager\setagentlist.ini
In UNIX: /opt/jp1pc/mgr/manager/setagentlist.ini
-
PFM - Manager has been set up on the logical host, and the user does not have access permission for the following files on the executing node:
In Windows: environment-directory\jp1pc\mgr\manager\setagentlist.ini
In UNIX: environment-directory/jp1pc/mgr/manager/setagentlist.ini
-
PFM - Manager has been set up on the logical host and is running on the standby node.
- (S)
-
Aborts the requested processing.
- (O)
-
Check the following:
-
Whether the file for the agent service list exists
-
Whether you have permission to access the agent service list (permission to read and write)
In this case, stop the PFM - Manager services and then perform the following:
-
If the agent service list does not exist, copy the setagentlist.ini.model file and save it as setagentlist.ini. Copy the setagentlist.ini.model file and save it as setagentlist.ini to initialize the settings for the agent service list. Register desired agents to display as necessary. For details about how to register agents, see Chapter 3. Commands that describes the jpcconf agent setup command.
-
If the access permission for the agent service list has not been set, specify the appropriate access permission.
