Processing cannot continue because the service is starting or stopping. If the service has already accepted a start or stop request, this message may be displayed, even when the jpcspm start or jpcspm stop command is cancelled. In Windows, this message may be displayed if the jpcspm start or jpcspm stop command is executed while the service is being started or stopped from the Service Control Manager.

Halts command execution. If you are using the linkage function with PFM - Web Console to manage starting or stopping the PFM - Web Console service, the system only cancels processing of PFM - Web Console.

Use the jpctool service list command to check that the service has been placed in request wait or stopped status, and then re-execute the command.
