• An invalid file exists in the following PFM - Agent setup file folder:

  In Windows: installation-folder\setup\

  In UNIX: /opt/jp1pc/setup/

• Insufficient disk space

• Do you have access permission for the setup file indicated by path?

• Do you have access permission for the PFM - Agent setup file extraction folder?

• Is there an invalid file in the PFM - Agent setup file folder?
