Check the message that was output prior to this message, and eliminate the cause of the error by following the instructions given in that message. Then, restore the backup data and definition files that were backed up by the command, and re-execute the jpctool db dmconvert command. For details about the restore procedure, see the chapter that describes the jpctool db dmconvert command.

Note that before the restore procedure, Performance Management commands or services must not be used to view or operate on the Store database in backup-directory.
