  • When the message was displayed during successful upgrading of PFM - Agent

    An invalid record was detected, but no action is required because data integrity has been restored by deleting the corresponding record.

  • When the message was displayed during unsuccessful upgrading of PFM - Agent

    • When the Store database was backed up before upgrading

    Execute the following procedure:

    1. Uninstall the PFM - Agent whose upgrading failed.

    2. Install the PFM - Agent that existed before upgrading.

    3. Restore the Store database.

    4. Reinstall the PFM - Agent whose upgrading failed.

    • When the Store database was not backed up before upgrading

    Delete the Store database file (.DB and .IDX file extensions) of the Agent Store whose upgrading failed, and then reinstall PFM - Agent.
