• When the Store database has been backed up before upgrading

  Execute the following procedure:

  1. Uninstall the PFM - Agent whose upgrading failed.

  2. Install the PFM - Agent that existed before upgrading.

  3. Restore the Store database.

  4. Reinstall the PFM - Agent whose upgrading failed.

• When the Store database has not been backed up before upgrading

  Execute the following procedure:

  1. Uninstall the PFM - Agent whose upgrading failed.

  2. Reinstall the PFM - Agent whose upgrading failed.
