The service did not return the response to the request of the command in time. (service=service-name, lhost=logical-host-name, inst=instance-name, rc=maintenance-code)
The service did not return a response to the demand of the command within the specified time. One of the following is the possible cause of this error:

The service's status is busy.

The service is not running because an error occurred during startup of the UNIX version of the service.

The trial version has expired.

Halts command execution. If you are using the linkage function with PFM - Web Console to manage stopping the PFM - Web Console service, the system stops only processing of PFM - Web Console.

Execute the jpctool service list command to check the service status. If the service status does not change from busy over a long time, collect maintenance information and then contact the system administrator. For details about how to collect maintenance information, see the chapter on troubleshooting in the JP1/Performance Management User's Guide. In addition, if you have installed the trial version, check the message that was output to the common message log.
