During service start processing, an error occurred on Windows service control manager.

Check the following and then re-execute the jpcspm start command:

Was another Windows service started concurrently?

Are the settings correct?

Are there enough resources?

Were any messages output to the system log and common message log by the service that resulted in the error?
If re-execution results in the same message, change the retry interval and count set for the command to automatically start the service. For details on how to change the retry interval and count, see the chapter that explains the procedure in the JP1/Performance Management User's Guide.
