If you want to create or delete a logical host environment, check the following and then re-execute the command:

If you are creating or deleting a logical host for a PFM - Manager service, make sure that all services on the PFM - Manager host are stopped.

If you are deleting a logical host environment for a PFM - Agent service, make sure that the PFM - Agent logical host service to be deleted is stopped.

If you are deleting the last service on the specified logical host, make sure that the Agent Handler service on the logical host with the same name is stopped.
This message may also be displayed during service start or stop processing. In such a case, make sure that the service has completely stopped and then re-execute the command.
