Check for the following in the argument specified for the -lhost option, and then re-execute the command:

Is a character string specified that is longer than 32 characters (units: bytes)?
Does the character string include a space?
Is localhost specified in the -lhost option of the jpcconf ha setup command?

If the JPC_HOSTNAME environment variable has been set, release the setting, and then re-execute the command with the -lhost option specified.
