The Correlator service was not able to acquire alarm status information from the Collector service. The alarm status information will be acquired again when an alarm event is received from the corresponding agent because the Correlator quick start function or the alarm status reacquisition function is enabled.

service-ID indicates the agent from which the alarm status information could not be acquired.

Acquires the alarm status information again when an alarm event is received from the corresponding agent. At this time, the alarm status information for the agent is assumed to be in either of the following statuses:

• If no alarm events have been received from the agent since the Correlator service started:

  The same status as when PFM - Manager was last stopped

• If alarm events have been received from the agent since the Correlator service started:

  The status determined based on the alarm events received after the Correlator service started

If the alarm status information displayed on PFM - Web Console differs from the status of the actual agent and if immediate status synchronization is required, restart the corresponding agent or bind the alarm table to the agent again.
