Multiple alarm tables will now be unbound because the functionality for binding multiple alarm tables is disabled. (service=service-ID)

All of the alarm tables being bound will now be unbound because the functionality for binding multiple alarm tables was disabled.

(S): Unbinds all of the alarm tables that are bound to PFM - Agent indicated by service-ID.
(O): If PFM - Agent indicated by service-ID is running, restart PFM - Agent to apply the updated status of the alarm table bind condition. Also, reconfigure the bind settings for PFM- Agent indicted by service-ID, if necessary.
