Make sure that the port number for Status Server has been set properly. If not, set a valid port number. To check or set the port number, use the jpcconf port command. For details on the command, see the chapter that explains the jpcconf port command. If you are still unable to resolve the problem even after executing the command, collect the maintenance information and then contact the system administrator.
