An attempt to delete the directory has failed. A directory is deleted in the following cases:

• A record older than the retention period is generated in Store 2.0.

• The jpctool db clear command is used to delete the Store database.

• The jpctool db import command is used to delete the import directory.

A possible cause of the failure to delete the directory could be that another program (Explorer, shell, backup software, virus scan software, for example) is being used.

• If deletion of a record older than the retention period in Store 2.0 has failed.

  The directory will be deleted in the deletion cycle that follows termination of the currently running program.

• If the jpctool db clear command or the jpctool db import command was unable to delete the directory.

  When the currently running program terminates, re-execute the jpctool db clear command or the jpctool db import command.
