An attempt to access the action log output path has failed, so the process will be started with action log output functionality disabled. (path=output-destination, rc=maintenance-code)
Because the log output destination directory or a file under the log output destination directory cannot be accessed, the process starts with the action log output function disabled.
output-destination indicates the name of the log output destination directory that cannot be accessed, and maintenance-code indicates the maintenance code.

If the directory indicated by output-destination is incorrect, change the output destination for the action log. If output-destination is correct, make sure that the directory exists and that you have the access permission for the directory.
