If this message is displayed when settings are being read, such as at the time of service startup or display of properties, the settings have not been read correctly. If this message is displayed when properties are being updated, the settings have not been written correctly.

Cancels the write or read processing on the settings file.

(O)

Use PFM - Web Console to display the service properties, and then make sure that the settings are valid. If the settings have not been updated, change the settings again. If the properties are not displayed correctly, the settings have not been read correctly. Restart the service.
