The record data could not be stored because the Store database is full.

Use the following steps to clear the data in the database. If there is data in the database that you need, export it in CSV or HTML# format. If this message is output, the specified collection items or collection interval may not be adequate. Change the specified collection items and collection interval. For PFM - Agent, consider migration to Store version 2.0.

For Agent Store or Remote Monitor Store:

  1. Use PFM - Web Console to open the Agent Collector properties and then modify the settings to stop collecting any of the records.

  2. Start the stopped Agent Store service.

  3. Use the jpcrpt command to export required data in CSV or HTML# format.

  4. Use the jpctool db clear command to clear the database file.

  5. Use PFM - Web Console to open the Agent Collector properties, specify only the records that you want to collect, and then resume the operations.

For Master Store:

  1. Execute the jpctool service list command, and make sure that the Master Store service is stopped.

  2. Manually delete the files below.

    The file paths shown below are default file locations. If the locations have been changed, delete the files in the new locations.

    When PFM - Manager is running on a physical host in a Windows environment:

    - STPA.DB and STPA.IDX files in installation-folder\mgr\store

    When PFM - Manager is running on a physical host in a UNIX environment:

    - STPA.DB and STPA.IDX files in /opt/jp1pc/mgr/store

    When PFM - Manager is running on a logical host in a Windows environment:

    - STPA.DB and STPA.IDX files in environment-directory\jp1pc\mgr\store

    When PFM - Manager is running on a logical host in a UNIX environment:

    - STPA.DB and STPA.IDX files in environment-directory/jp1pc/mgr/store

  3. Execute the jpcspm start command to start the Performance Management service.

If you are using PFM - Web Console 08-00 or earlier, export cannot be executed in HTML format.
