When a backup file is available:

Restore the database from the backup file. For details about backup and restoration, see the chapter that describes backup and restoration in the manual JP1/Performance Management User's Guide.
When a backup file is not available:

Stop the Master Store or Agent Store service, then delete the Master Store or Agent Store service's database files (.DB or .IDX extension) and restart the service.
