When a problem occurs during operation, you should collect log information by referring to the chapter on troubleshooting in the manual JP1/Performance Management User's Guide.

Start your investigation of the problem by referring to the OS log information (Windows event log for Windows and syslog for UNIX) and the logs that are output by PFM - Manager or PFM - Web Console. In these types of log information, check the details for the time period during which the problem occurred, and take appropriate measures to avoid or correct the problem. Also record the nature of the operations leading up to the problem. Also attempt to determine whether or not the problem recurs.
