Description of items

Item	Description	Length
`log-output-date-and-time`	Shows the date and time of output to the log, in the format `month DD hh:mm:ss` (local time): `month`: Month `DD`: Date `hh`: Hour `mm`: Minute `ss`: Second	15 bytes
`host-name`	Shows the host name.	1 to 255 bytes
`program-name`	Shows the program name.	1 to 15 bytes
`process-ID`	Shows the process ID (as a decimal number).	1 to 10 bytes
`message-ID`	Shows the message's ID.	11 bytes
`message`	Shows the text of the message.	1 to 128 bytes
