Before you execute this command, stop all Performance Management program services (excluding the PFM - Web Console service) on the host. After the command processing finishes, start the services manually.
If command execution is interrupted by pressing the Ctrl + C keys or by a signal, a predefined return value is not returned. Therefore, you should ignore the return value when the command was interrupted by the Ctrl + C keys or by a signal.

Return values

`0`	The command terminated normally.
`1`	An argument specification is invalid.
`4`	The PFM - Manager service on the execution host is running.
`5`	The command was executed on a host that is not the PFM - Manager host.
`100`	The Performance Management environment is invalid.
`150`	The user does not have execution permission for the command.
`155`	The registry file cannot be accessed.
`156`	Information needed to enable or disable the JP1/IM2 linkage function cannot be acquired.
`157`	The internal command settings file cannot be deleted.
`158`	The internal command settings directory was not found.
`159`	An internal command was not found.
`200`	A memory shortage occurred.
`211`	A file or directory cannot be accessed.
`255`	An unexpected error occurred.
