Format

jpcconf ha export   -f logical-host-environment-definition-file-name
                    [-noquery]

Function

The jpcconf ha export command exports to a specified file the settings of a Performance Management logical host environment.

This command can be executed only for a Performance Management product that supports logical host operation. PFM - Manager supports logical host operation. For details about logical host operation of a particular PFM - Agent or PFM - RM, see the chapter in the relevant PFM - Agent or PFM - RM manuals that describes cluster system operations.

Arguments

-f logical-host-environment-definition-file-name

Specifies the name of the file to which the settings of the logical host environment are to be exported. If the file name contains spaces, enclose the entire name in double quotation marks (").

-noquery

If this option is specified, the command does not output any query messages that interrupt command execution, making it unnecessary for the user to respond. Specify this option if you want the command to run in non-interactive mode.

If a file with the same name as the specified file name already exists, a KAVE05399-I message is output and the file is updated.

Usage example

This example exports the settings of a configured logical host environment to a logical host environment definition file (jp1-ha1.conf):

jpcconf ha export -f jp1-ha1.conf
