4.3.9 Notes on using snapshots in Linux
By merging a snapshot into its origin volume in Linux, you can undo the changes made since the snapshot was taken. However, because undoing the changes to a Performance Management volume can introduce inconsistencies in the data, we recommend that you avoid this course of action.
