4.1.9 Displaying information about the Agent Store and Remote Monitor Store services or backup directory (in Store 2.0)

You can check the version of the Store and the data model for the currently used service by viewing information on the Agent Store or the Remote Monitor Store service and the backup directory. Use the jpcconf db display command to display the information.

  1. Log on to the host that has PFM - Agent or PFM - RM installed.

  2. Execute the jpctool service list command to make sure that the Agent Store or Remote Monitor Store service is running.

  3. Execute the jpcconf db display command.

    Use the following command:

    To display information about the backup directory:

    jpcconf db display -d D:\backup01#

    To display information about the Agent Store or Remote Monitor Store service:

    jpcconf db display
#

D:\backup01 indicates the backup directory.
