(1) Service management commands

Performance Management provides commands to check the status of services.

`jpctool service sync`	Synchronizes the service information registered in PFM - Manager and PFM - Web Console

Alarm management commands include a command to set the alarm events issued when the monitored program exceeds a threshold.

Report management commands include a command to create operation monitoring reports based on the data collected from the monitored program.

Store database management commands include commands used to perform setup and unsetup operations for the Store database.

`jpcasrec`	Changes and outputs the definitions of the Store database recording methods
`jpcaspsv`	Changes and outputs the definitions of the Store database retention conditions

Data collection commands include commands used to collect the necessary data together when problems occur.
