3.7.1 Monitoring agents in an Agents tree

The icons display the status of agent operations. You can control agents in a tree structure by grouping the icons and converting the icons to a hierarchical structure called an Agents tree. Icons on the tree change when an event occurs in an agent. This allows you to visually check what kind of event has occurred.

By clicking the report icon for an agent in the Display Alarm Status window, you can display as graphs or tables the reports associated with the alarms. You can then use this report, which appears as a graph or table, to check the operating status of the agent. When you select an item on the graph or table, you can have the report display a detailed graph or table associated with the item in a separate window. From the report, you can open a more detailed drilldown report.
