The name of the product was changed from JP1/Integrated Management - Service Support to JP1/Service Support. In accordance with this change, the following were changed:

The name of the product displayed under All Programs in the Windows Start menu

Furthermore, JP1/Integrated Management - Service Support Advanced Edition was integrated into JP1/Service Support.

The process name displayed by JP1/Service Support (the process display name) can now be changed using the following:

Edit the process display name window

Using the recall item function, even if you do not have access permissions to an Item whose status has been transitioned, you can revert the status and person in charge of an Item to its pre-transition state. This change affects the following windows:

New process work board window

By using the function for sending back Items, you can now revert an Item's status and person in charge to their pre-transition state in the following window:

You can now set the status of the initial person in charge. The Person in charge field is now automatically set when you change the status in the New item window and Edit item window. Furthermore, even if the status of the initial person in charge is not set, if there is only one user or role that is selectable as the person in charge, the Person in charge field is now automatically set to that user or role. These changes apply to the following windows:

Furthermore, you can now navigate the pages of search results when the number of results exceeds the number of Items to be displayed per page in the List of item search results window. These changes affect the following windows:

By specifying the mode when registering an Item by email, you can now register information about the Item as an Item element, not just as a file attached to the Item.
