This message appears if you attempt to recall or send back an Item when the originally selected person in charge cannot be set as the person in charge in the status after the Item has been recalled or sent back.

Assign permissions to perform the operation on the target Item to the desired person in charge after the Item has been recalled or sent back. If the operation cannot be performed, contact the JP1/Service Support operation administrator and make sure the required permissions to perform the operation on the target Item are assigned.
