5.3.1 Outputting statistical data

To output statistical data about Item statuses:

Click the Switch from the main screen button in the toolbar.

The main window (Item status) appears. You can skip this step if your browser already shows the main window (Item status).
In the menu in the main window (Item status), click Accumulation data output to file.

The Accumulation data output to file window appears, and the following figure shows the window.

Specify the conditions that define the statistical data you want to output.

The systems and processes you can select in the System and Process areas are limited to those the user has permission to view. Selecting All systems in the System area has the effect of selecting all displayed systems, and causes the individual check boxes to become unavailable.

As the Accumulation unit, you can select Day unit, Monthly unit, or Yearly unit. The values specifiable in Accumulation range depend on the accumulation unit you selected. Range within which a period can be specified indicates the range the accumulation range you specify must fall within. As the Data type, you can select Item data CSV or Code data CSV.
Click Download data.

A dialog box appears in which you can download the statistical data.
Specify where you want to save the file.

The statistical data about Item statuses is saved to the location you specified.
