Operation information cannot be acquired because the operation information file is corrupted. If you reload the definition of the relevant service, you can acquire part or all of the operation information.

If you cannot acquire all the operation information, restart the relevant service, and then you can acquire all the operation information retained by that service.

If the problem cannot be corrected even after the relevant service is restarted, use the data collection tool to collect data, and then contact the system administrator.
