Make sure that:

• The specified host service is not running or is not being reloaded.

• The operation information acquisition command is not executed simultaneously.

If the specified service is running or is being reloaded, wait until the service starts or the reload processing finishes, and then re-execute the command. If the operation information acquisition command is executed simultaneously, check and revise the operation so that the command is not executed simultaneously. If the problem cannot be corrected, use the data collection tool to collect data, and then contact the system administrator.
